Obverse - 4th portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. Reverse - Official Navy badge incorporating St Edwards (Queens) Crown and the inscription ROYAL AUSTRALIAN NAVY 100 YEARS 1911 – 2011. This special coin was made by the Perth Mint, Western Australia.
