Delivery
Domestic
Items are sent via Austpost Untracked Letter service from Hillcrest SA, Please allow 2-14 business days for delivery depending on location, rural on occasions can take longer. Ebay's ETA is only an estimate and can take longer depending on Austpost and couriers workloads, locations, unforeseen issues, weather events and backlogs that DO happen.
Parcels
Orders over $30 are usually sent by parcel post for free or by courier with tracking at our discretion depending on weight and size of the items. On smaller orders if you would like tracking you may choose parcel or express post at checkout (scroll down in checkout screen to choose option for an extra charge unless over $30 then we will use parcel post automatically at our discretion and you do not need to choose it)
Express Postage
Express Postage is also optional and can be chosen at checkout screen and usually takes between
1-5 business days depending on location, only available within Australia. Delays can happen to rural areas due to limited delivery options.
Orders over $90 will automatically be sent by Express Post at our discretion.

International - Charges Apply
International Postage available on this item. All items are sent via letter air economy and can take from 12-60 business days. Disregard Ebay's ETA as this may vary to different locations.
Tracking is not available on domestic or international services on this item unless express as letters have no tracking and we want to give you the best price by saving on freight costs.
Handling Time
All items are sent same or next business day Australia time. Orders need to be place prior to 7am to be posted same day. So if an item is ordered on a Friday after 7am then the item will leave on Monday.

Returns
We have a 30 day return policy so all order have to be received back within 30 days after receipt. For items that are damaged, not as described or faulty only. Any returns that are for change of of mind are to be returned at your own postage cost, this includes slight colour variations as manufacturers colour can vary and computer/phone screens/cameras also vary in definition. All the information is available in the description so please read carefully prior to purchase or ask a question via message if unsure as this will be taken into account with all returns.
