The skirt of the dress has sparkly swirls, stars, flowers,
and floating lanterns from the movie
The back has sparkly iridescent buttons
The dress has twinkling lights that can be activated
with the wand or the button on the dress
Wand:
The wand has a purple jewel on top that can light up by pressing the button
