How to use:
   
From the footwear in which we want to insert the insole, first remove the old insole (so that there is more space in the shoe)
The insole should be placed in the footwear, layer with inscriptions up. If the insert turned out to be too big. We can cut the insole with scissors (you can use the original insole with footwear).
The recommended period of use of the insole is from 1-2 weeks later, replace the insole with a new one.
