Camera comes with 3'8"  Coaxial Black Cable

and one BNC Female to RCA Male Adaptor/Connector.

Does not include power supply.

Camera and Vista lens marked MADE IN JAPAN (see pic.5,7).

Camera tested with 12 V DC power source, it works, you can see it on pic. 11,12.
