We ship every business day. Provided we receive your order before lunch time, it can go out that same day.
 
What Shipping Service Do You Use?
For Australian deliveries we use StarTrack Express (or Australia Post Express if you have a PO Box or Parcel Locker), both of which take 2-3 business days anywhere in Australia. For international deliveries, we use Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Please note that it is your responsibility to check and pay for any applicable import charges and taxes for your country.
 
Can You Do A Better Price?
Due to exchange rate fluctuations and customs fees, our prices are already locked down as low as they can go, sorry.
 
Can You Please Write (lesser amount) On The Customs Documents For Me?
Unfortunately there are big penalties for providing false information on customs documents, so no we will not write an incorrect value on import/export documents, and have to state the true value. Sorry.
