I ( the seller ) is not charging you.... I am only charging $3.00 US Currency to ship with the United States of America (USA) The other $27.00 is charged by your shipping company called The World Global Shipping which is run by eBay Corporation. Might even by your country government. I am not sure cause its out of my hand once it lands on World Global. I recommend you ship this to some you know in the US and have them ship this to you...
