Antique Noritake Rengold China circa 1921.  Beautiful and Classic design.

This is the perfect china for family gatherings...These are antique pieces of handpainted china and should be handled with care!

This set could be sold as individual pieces; this china is that unique!  I decided to sell it as a set because I am old fashion, and I love the idea of all the family gathered around the table for a beautiful family holiday meal; exchanging stories and laughter. 

There is an amazing HUGE  16-inch platter that would look great on your table. (All measures are approximtes).

Large enough to hold main entrees.+ Such as a whole turkey. roasted beef or ham or even a full leg of lamb plus all the extras for a wonderful holiday dinner. 

REMEMBER THESE ARE ANTIQUES ABD WILL NOT BE PERFECT.  THERE WILL BE FLAWS AND GOLD TRIM RUNS.  IF THERE WERE NONE OF THESE, THE SET IS PROBABLY A REPRODUCTION.  IT WOULD BE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR AN ANTIQUE SET OF CHINA OVER 100 YRS OLD TO BE IN ABSOLUTE PERFECT CONDITION. 

This set is in very good condition.

The smaller platter is not small.  It is 13.5 inches.  The perfect size for most family meals. There is a lot of demand for this size platter.

The 10.5  inch round vegetable bowl is in beautiful condition.  And, who doesn't need this size bowl?

Included in the set are 9 (10 inch) dinner plates. One plate has  a small chip, and one has a small flaw.

There are 6 salad plates, measuring approximately 7 3/4 inches. Along with 4  plates, about 71/4 inches.one with a bee sting along the riim. Another with what looks like a natural crack in the production.  See photos #9 & #10. These dishes are handmade.

Additionally, there are 7 dessert bowls, measuring 5 &1/2 inches. 1 has some marks in the gold rim, but it  is not cracked or chipped.

There are 46 pieces.  I am selling these as is.  They are in great shape considering their age and only used for special occasions. 

I have tried to describe the china accurately, I am not perfect either, although I am not quite an antique yet anyway.  If one could find a perfect set of these dishes, I can only imagine they would be priceless. 

These dishes are antiques over 100 years old.  They are Noritake and stamped with the makers mark for authenticity.  Antiques are not cookie cutter dishes and have had their share of character marks.  This is expected and only makes them more desirable as they have not been altered or repaired.  These come "as is."  If you are looking for reproductions or Chinette, these are not for you.  These are very special dishes and will need to be hand washed, not put in the dishwasher.  There is a a lot of real gold trim on each of these pieces, and you would not want to wash that down the drain.  I have inspected the set carefully and hope that I have not missed anything.  This is a beautiful and well cared for; 100 year old set of china. Hand painted made in Japan by the well-known manufacturer, Noritake.  Noritake is a name recognized for quality and beauty, producing some of the best china in the world.
