When payment has been received, we will dispatch your order within 2 working days using Royal Mail.

For larger orders, we also use couriers like Parcel Force, DPD and UPS (UK only).

We send orders FREE OF CHARGE via Royal Mail 48-hour delivery in the UK, which is normally 2-5 working days. Please allow 7 days before reporting an item as undelivered or lost, there could be delays with carriers, any claims after 21 days cannot be accepted.

If you require a faster delivery then choose Royal Mail 24-hour, which is 1-2 working days, charges will apply for this.

Some deliveries may require a signature when delivered by Royal Mail. If you're not at home, then a card should be left.

Please arrange to redeliver/collect the parcel from your local sorting office.

For customers outside the UK, we use eBay's Global Shipping Program. Therefore we send your order to their distribution centre and they dispatch it to you. Note any queries about late delivery/ missing parcels should be dealt with eBay customer services directly.

Returns

To return your order within 14 days of purchase, you can use our Clicksit service, please select the following link clicksit. This service will cost £5.95 and the amount will be deducted from your refund total or alternatively use your own method for returns (please send proof of return to us, we are not responsible for any missing parcels).

Please print off the Yodel Collect+ returns form with pre-printed label and fix to the outside of your parcel, ensure you return any product in a saleable condition (rolls unopened) and use the original box/tube provided. If you don't have a printer, please click the link here to generate a barcode. You can take this barcode to a CollectPlus store and the cashier will print your label for you.

Your parcel can be dropped off at ANY local store offering Collect+ services click here to find your nearest store the storekeeper will give you a receipt as proof of postage, it includes a 7 character code which you can use to track your parcel online click here to track

Please allow 2-3 days for any returns and a further 2-3 days for a refund to be processed

If your item is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 7 days via message along with proof (photo) and description, please keep hold of any product labels and DO NOT dispose of the product, we might need it back for any faulty claims. We can either replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
