Up for sale is beautiful Roskopf open face PW, pin-lever escapement, crack and chips on dial, watch is in running condition when facing down but stop when facing up, sure need minor repair/adjustment, SOLD-AS-IS item! Please refer to all the photos and descriptions.

DESCRIPTION:
Year : 19th Century
Size : 47mm, excluding stem.
Case : Plain polish nickel case, it has a hinged bezel & back cover which all works fine, case closure shut tightly, inner back cover signed "DEPOSE RGENTA?", dirty with stains/marks, few oxidation and scratches inside.
Crystal : Glass - NOT original and seems it was glued to the bezel.
Dial : White enamel dial with cracks and chips, lots of hairline, dirty with stains. Typical Roskopf hands, unique dial with red color painting art shows the moon, stars and snake, signed "SAEED & MALIM", Black Arabic numerals with outer red minutes scale.
Movement : Unsigned, Pin-lever escapement with 7 jewels, stem wind / pin set. It runs when the dial is in face down position but stop when facing upward, so it may need minor repair/adjustment, movement also shows oxidation, very dirty with scuff marks.
Overall a beautiful pocket watch with a unique dial, believe that it will be a stunning great and beautiful gem after restoration and repair work.
