To Order:

2. From Dropdown menu choose Colour of Label (all options shown in pictures gallery)
3. Add a "Message To Seller" at Checkout not forgetting to press "Add" button as it will not be saved without pressing this button. Alternatively you may send us a message with desired Name after the purchase.

Please Note:

• Only ONE name per pack
• Name cannot be more than 24 characters including spaces
• Check the spelling as we will print exactly what you will send to us. Use capitals if you want to see capitals etc. (ex. John Smith or JOHN SMITH)
• NO special symbols allowed as fonts doesnt obtain them or show them incorrectly. We will delete any special characters such as stars, hearts, smiles etc.
• If 2 or more sets purchased, please indicate which name corresponds to which set.
• If we will not receive your Name during the purchase or straight after the purchase via Ebay Messaging - your order will be delayed in dispatch as couldn't be fulfilled without your information.

Delivery:

All our orders will be usually dispatched within one working day if all information received.

If ordered on Friday evening, weekend or Bank Holiday then order will be dispatched next upcoming working day.

Order will be send to the address provided to Ebay, so make sure it is correct and up to date as it is your direct responsibility to provide correct information to Ebay and loss of item will be deducted from you in that case.
