Seller has not found any information on an artist called Beth Turner from the 1970s or the The Fire Fighters and Police Association. There is edge scratch and some body scratch, not enough to distract from the art. There is some edge crease. Has a general matte appearance; an aged look. Some light body crease, never framed. Will mail in a tube.
