**Incorrect purchases / buyers mistakes with compatibility returns will be paid by the buyer as well as a 20% restocking fee.**

If you don't find the part you need from this car we might have one in stock but unlisted, otherwise we may be getting it in soon as we are constantly dismantling new cars.

-Goods will be shipped same day or next business day once payment is received in full;

-E-cheque payments take 3 ~ 5 business days to clear and goods will ship once cleared

-When purchasing multiple items please do not pay until we combine shipping for you and resend combined invoice to save you freight costs

-All items leave registered to allow us to track your parcel

-Any items without a freight cost in listing will need to be freight quoted to the destination before payment can be made

-Any items requiring pallet work will occur a surcharge unless forklift access & availability is at delivery point

LOCAL PICK UP:

-Goods can be picked up by appointment ONLY.

-We are open for pick up Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We accept

Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card as payment over the counter. Please pick up your item within 7days of eBay listing end

RETURNS

-ISY Automotive have a 30 day return policy and will accept any return purchase for a refund in new & unused condition

- Packaging must be in original condition and not covered in stickers, packaging tape , etc.,

-Any purchase ordered incorrectly by the customer will result in customer paying freight charges back to ISY Automotive
