- Once item shipped, you will receive a shipping notification tracking number on paypal, will be emailed to you when shipped.

- Delivery time is 6-25 business days; some destination may takes up to 30 business days.

we do take returns as described:

  - If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 7 days after you receive the package.

- We would be glad to exchange or provide money back of the product purchase (less S&H/minus shipping cost).

- Items may damage in transportation. For DOA (Dead On Arrival) items, please contact us for replacement within 14 days.

- For replacement, it is buyer's responsibility for the returning postage of the defective item. 

  We will pay the postage for shipping a new item to buyer.

- All returns must be in brand new shape in the complete original packaging.
