Please disinfect the seeds with Hydrogen Peroxide. Tap water in most areas is highly chlorinated, please use purified water. Don’t use pure Hydrogen Peroxide, dilute 1 ounce of Hydrogen Peroxide in 1 pint of water. Soak in glass of mixture for 12hrs-24hrs, rinse then plant in your medium.

I collect seeds as it ripens through the season and put my best effort to have and send only the high quality and fresh seeds. Although I could grow them from seed and most of the time, at first step I succeed but it's entirely possible that some fail. if you fail, please do not stop checking these steps out which might be the reasons:
