You are looking at brand new Costume National heels in EU 39. I believe these would fit US 8 the best or narrow 8.5.

I typically wear US 8 and these fit me perfectly.

The color is black. 

Leather uppers and soles. 

Pointy toes. Very soft leather.

I will provide a substitute box - these wear a display model. Hence, there are some scratches on the outsoles.

The heel is 3.25" at the highest point - measured at the back of the shoe.
