The sign or plate is metal, size is 5 x 8 inches. Each corner has a small hole for attaching. Some light scratch corrosion. No date. Seller guess is it is from the 1960s, just a guess. Not much information about the company; patent mostly in the 1960s but a few going back to late 1800s, a court case in the 1960s.
