If goods have not been delivered after 3 days, please contact us and we will be able to advise you of remedial action.

Payment: Payment for item must be made within 7 days of sale or a dispute will be opened.

Messages: We always respond to messages as promptly as possible. Messages sent when we are out of office on evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays may not be answered until we return so do not think you are being ignored!

Aftersales Support: Please get in touch via ebay messages for any queries regarding the use of your item. Messages will usually be responded to within working hours and messages are monitored remotely on holidays and weekends.

30 Day Returns/ Warranty: Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged /refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old item back and tested it. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect part number, postage will be charged again for return part to be dispatched.  All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must be reported to us on receipt of goods. Any parts that become surplus to requirements, a re-stocking fee will be charged (plus all postage fees).

Design: This is design protected by the UK Patent office. Do not copy our designs or we will take appropriate legal action to recover damages which may be in excess of sale proceeds.
