- We ship packages world wide. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.

- Merchandise must be in "ORIGINAL BOX" no tape, labels, etc. attached. with all tags intact, and must be able to be resold (i.e. NOT WORN or WASHED). We only sell first quality merchandise and expect returns to be the same. If returned merchandise is found to be worn or has tape or label on the original box, a credit will not be issued and the customer will be notified of the problem. The customer will then have 7 business days to respond to us on what to do with their return (requesting to return the package back incurs additional shipping charges). If no answer would be received after 7 business days the item will be treated as abandoned and discarded.
- When returning, please place invoice back in the box with the returned item(s), (Make a copy of the original invoice for your records and write down the tracking number for your return; you need to provide it if you call us).
- All refunds will be issued via same payment method where available.
- There is NO FREE RETURN (you must pay for the return) even if you picked the wrong shoe size, color or gender. Return shipping is paid by the customer and within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- We do not exchange. We issue credit and you will have to place an order for a different item. If you would like a different size/style, please place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to make sure we have your size/style in stock.
