Shipping is only available to customers within NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS, ACT for Australian orders.
Regular deliveries to NSW, QLD and VIC metro areas should be received within 5-10 business days of placing an order. Please note, deliveries may take a bit longer than expected due to the size of our products and please allow a further 5-10 business days during sale periods.
For SA, WA, TAS, ACT, NT metro and other rural areas, orders should be received within 1-7 business days from invoice. Certain factors such as size, shipping address or volume of deliveries may delay shipments.
Sony will attempt to contact customers within reasonable time periods if there is a significant delay to an order. Orders will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you have not received your delivery please contact us with your order information.
Tracking details and invoice details will be supplied to the email entered in the order delivery details field and the tracking number will be available within your eBay account.

Items purchased on the Sony eBay Store are only able to be returned if deemed faulty. We do not allow for change of mind. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 30 days through the eBay message centre to arrange a return.

What warranty is provided on purchases?
