The mugs here at The Gifted Panda are processed though a system know as sublimation, whereby the image changes from solid to gas back to solid state. The image is then protected under the Polymer coating which means it cannot fade. It is completely Microwave friendly, and you can wash it a million times. It's not going to fade or crack
To avoid disappointment with breakages, all mugs are sent in a double walled postage box to help prevent breakages.
