Shipping

All UK items have the option to ship 1st class or next day delivery.

We ship all orders within one working day of purchase.

For customers outside of the UK - if you wish to purchase more than one item then please 'Request Invoice from Seller' at checkout so we can give you an accurate price for your goods before you pay for items.

We recommend customers outside of the UK choose the 'International Tracked' post. You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel and it is slightly quicker than 'International Standard'.

Terms of Sale

If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your item(s) you have bought from me then you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. Customer's must may for the return postage. Express shipping is not refundable.

If the item is damaged or faulty please message us with a description of the fault along with a photo.

If you have any problems at all then I would appreciate you contacting me BEFORE you leave feedback. I am only too happy to sort out any difficulties and aim to have 100% customer satisfaction.

International buyers
