Any item to be returned must be authorised by SMTS first.

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be complete with all original packing and in a saleable condition.

Where no fault is found, the returned product may be liable to a 10% handling charge.

As we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit, we strongly recommend that all returns are sent by Recorded post.
