We will post your goods A.S.A.P and once posted delivery times are out of our hands. If your goods should not arrive we will contact the courier and tell them your having a problem with a delivery to your address. If it was sent by CLICK & DROP (Royal Mail) they will look at the scanning details to see what the problem is and it will also help them sort out any problems they might be having in your area. Before we contact them we will need a phone number and your permission for them to contact you to confirm my story So please remember a slow delivery time does mean a slow dispatch time. .

We hope that you will be satisfied with your goods, but if there is a problem the item may be returned, providing it remains in its original packaging. We will refund the price of the goods less shipping costs, if a item includes postage this will still be deducted. In the event of a faulty item a full refund will be given.
