1. Laser head installation knowledge
(1)How to judge the damage of the laser head: The damage of the laser head generally means that it does not read the disc or it is very difficult to read the disc. Some discs with poor quality cannot be read at all. When the device can normally recognize the machine, it is usually a laser head. When the above situation occurs, you only need to disassemble the laser head to check the model of the laser head, and then buy the corresponding model of bald head and install it, and the machine can be restored as new.
(2) How to judge the model of the laser head: Generally, there is a model on the label of the laser head or on the base of the machine. If not, you can take the picture of the bald head and send it to us, and we will have professional and technical personnel to confirm the model for you . Please confirm the model of the laser head you need before you buy, so as to avoid accidental shooting.
(3) How to install the laser head: When installing the laser head on the shelf, do not move the balance bar on the shelf. When disassembling the laser head, you only need to adjust the screws on one side of the balance bar, and do not adjust the other side, so as not to affect the balance, otherwise the laser head may not read the disc. If you can't install it yourself, you can ask a professional to test and install it after purchase to avoid damage to the laser head and the machine.
(4) How to open the solder joints: When the laser head is shipped from the factory, in order to prevent static electricity from damaging the laser tube, there are generally protective solder joints (there is a larger solder joint on the bald circuit board or on the flexible cable). The power supply pin of the laser tube is short-circuited to the ground. Before installing the bald head, it needs to be welded with an anti-static soldering iron. Heat the soldering iron to about 350 degrees Celsius, disconnect the power supply, and then open the protection point, otherwise the laser head will not be used. , If you need it, we can also help you weld the solder joints before shipping.
