Versatile, elegant, very finely tailored, perhaps hand made for, I'm guessing a boutique in Georgetown, DC, 100% silk long full length skirt and blouse, made in Korea, estimate size 6-8, please refer to the measurements below.   Both pieces are in pristine condition, like they were never used, a magnificent set.
The button down blouse has a serge finished ruffled neck, and ruffled serge button cuffs, done in a sheer chiffon with woven and trimmed in golden metallic thread small satin patches of the same fabric as the silk satin skirt.   The shoulders are lightly padded and gently pleated.
The skirt is an opaque silk with a metallic gold thread running vertically in pinstripe lines that give the illusion of being pleated, and the hem sports a horizontal pleat and a 6" softly gathered flounce, it is not lined.
