Return Policy
All parts we sell come with a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 60 day period starts when you take possession of the part. Please contact us through eBay messaging for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any part. We do not cover the cost of labor charges during the installation of your parts.
Standard Warranty
Metro Auto Recyclers Standard Warranty protects your purchase for 90 days against mechanical product failure due to defect. At the option of Metro Auto Recyclers, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the part in the event of such failure. Metro Auto Recyclers reserves sole discretion in replacing failed parts with equal-to or greater-than original mileage parts.
Mechanical Parts Warranty excludes breakdowns caused by non-covered components, improper installation, failure to clear computer codes, defective workmanship, usage for which the part was not intended and/or improper maintenance (e.g. using the incorrect types and levels of fluids and lubricants as outlined in the vehicles "Owners Manual").This covers the part only, no labor charges to install the part. We are not responsible for any improper installation or misdiagnosis.
