Standard shipping usually takes about 3 - 6 working days to Europe and the
US and about 3 - 8 working days to the rest of the world. When you buy 3 mugs
or over 1,5kg we will upgrade your standard shipment to registered or express
shipping. Priority shipping takes usually about 1 - 6 working days to Europe
and about 2 - 8 working days to the rest of the world. All priority shipments
to the US, South America, and Asia will be sent with EMS expedited shipment
without any further costs to reduce the shipping time. DHL Express in very fast
to the US and Asia and the package will be delivered to your house. All small
and heavy items are best for DHL shipping. If you buy items, which can
melt during shipment, please chose the expedite option, so we can add cooling
gel packs to avoid melting during summer. Please be aware of any restrictions
to your country when ordering. There might also be customs charges or small
carrier charges in some places. You can look these up at your local customs
office.

us to send an invoice if you feel the shipping is too high. We can also refund

We accept Paypal payments only. We send only to the address given to Paypal
and eBay. Note that big packages over 2kg and expedite shipments cannot be sent
to PO Boxes.
