For sale is a nice copy of a rare hardcover large format book "Forever Elvis" by John Alvarez Taylor from 1992.  It's essentially a short biography with lots of great pictures and articles.  The dust jacket shows wear, but the real cover underneath is identical and very nice.  The first few pages have some tiny indentations, as if someone took a ball point pen with no ink in it and poked at the first page, which left minor indentations in the first few pages.  It isn't perforated, just dented, and it is very light by the time you get to any real pictures/articles, and gone by about page 10.  Still a great looking piece.
