This is a beautiful one-of-a-kind work of art large segmented handmade, hand turned bowl, suitable for salads, fruit, popcorn or snacks, displaying holiday decorations. The base is made from a solid piece of walnut which was laminated over a layer of cherry wood to give the spoked design. Then two additional layers of hickory wood with walnut accents, and another layer of walnut in between.

 We harvest our own trees, have a sawmill and a wood-drying kiln. All wood used is local wood from Sugar Mountain in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania. The food-safe finish is smooth as silk.

This would make a special holiday, wedding, anniversary, or housewarming gift which they will treasure for many years.
