YEAST NUTRIENT

(DAP - DIAMMONIUM PHOSPHATE)

Hi & thanks for visiting us here at Crossmyloof Brew. Looking to introduce more nutrient into your brew? Diammonium Phosphate is used to add additional nitrogen to ensure the correction of deficiencies in juice, wash or wort. It improves the rate of yeast growth and prevents slow fermentations. It's really useful in low nitrogen juice, wash or worts.

Directions: Mix with water, wash or wort, add to fermenter before you add your yeast & shake well. Dosage – 1g to 2g (1/3 to 2/3 level tsp) per 10 litres.

We have a few sizes available:

A one shot 5g pack to treat up to 23 litres

50g to treat up to 500 litres

100g pack to treat up to 1000 litres

Have a very happy brew day. Cheers from Steven, Tom, Cammy and Boss Man Mark
