Packing & Postage: We try to protect your purchase by packaging your items well (using a range of materials such as: Bubble wrap, Cardboard Packing Boxes, Packing Tape, Fragile Tape, etc). We send most items via Australia Post, in a range of formats from: Pre-paid Flat-rate satchel with tracking, to Wrapped in moisture resistant coated Brown Paper with Tracking, OR with Express Post options with Tracking available for a slightly larger cost (to ensure you have your order delivered correctly)........If you review our feedback, you will see that our customers are delighted with the lengths that we go to in order to protect their items in the post.

Returns Policy: We know that the quality of our products & the honesty of the description is very important, so we offer a supportive and fair 30 Day return policy (for Faulty Products Only, buyer pays return postage) for your peace of mind. Products must be returned in original condition as received (Unopened & without Damage) in order to meet policy to obtain Refund.

REFUNDS: Refunds may only be granted once a product has been returned Unopened & without damage (unless otherwise stipulated), Refunds over $50 may take up to 3 Days (or longer) to process, due to transfer times between Ebay & the Bank account it's being sent from.......so please make allowances for this to occur once there has been confirmation of arrival of returned product, & authorisation of Refund to be processed.
