We accept payment by any of the following methods:
PayPal

• We ship only  after payment is fully cleared and ONLY to address provided by  PayPal. Address cannot be changed at any time.
• Even when a free shipping is offered, we still pay for shipping, and those funds are NOT refundable.
• Original shipping and  handling charges are non-refundable.
• Shipping  and Handling cost to and from the buyer will be charged for any refused  delivery.   
• We usually ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment. (If we do not ship then the only reason would be because payment or address wasn't cleared by PayPal)
• TRACKING NUMBER: For all orders, a tracking number will be uploaded to eBay. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated in FedEx/UPS/USPS system

Condition 

• All our  phones are brand new unless otherwise specified. Our phones come with all original  accessories in original box.
• Our phones are  international and might come with International (American or European) Charger.  A free US adapter will be added to your order for free if needed.
• Due to the  high amount of scam going on eBay, we might sometimes open the box to take  pictures of its content before shipping.

Compatibility:

• Our Phones  are International and work with GSM networks that support phone's bands only.
• Check your  carrier’s supported bands to make sure this phone is compatible. You can check  the phone's supported bands by checking the "Specifications" tab under the "Network" section.
• (Our phones  do not work with CDMA carriers like Verizon, Sprint, Boost, or any other CDMA  Network Carrier).
• Make sure your carrier suports phone's bands (disclosed under the specifications tab) for full compatibility with 4G LTE. 

Return Policy:

• FinolShop provides a 14 day Return Policy provided that the procedures and requirements referred to below are followed:
• Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
• Any item that comes "dead on Arrival" (DOA) or shows any manufacturer defects within 14 days will be replaced with a new unit. If a refund instead of a replacement is desired.
        If an item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
•  Products that are returned to FinolShop with missing, damaged or altered Box, Parts, or Accessories will be either refused or charged a restocking fee equal or greater than 20%.
• Important: CELLPHONES "Google  Account" Please makes sure to remove your Google account from your Smartphone  device before doing a factory reset and returning the phone back to us. If you  do not remove the Google account, the phone will be locked to your Google email  address and we won't be able to access the device. We have the right to decline any  return sent back to us with a Google account or charge a fee to have the google account removed by a third party.
