C. 1885-1895 original oil painting by British artist Antoinette Armstrong. Painting itself measures approximately 16 x 10”, while the frame measures 23.75 x 17.75”.
In overall good condition, with repairs done to a tear that once existed at the bottom of the subject’s dress. Slight chipping of paint near the bottom left-hand corner. Small staining to top of frame, as well as a paint chipping and small cracks to decorative mounding. Painting has not been accepted outside of frame.
