Genuine Product and item will be dispatched within 24 hrs. Tracking numbers will be provided with email confirmation of dispatch.

Delivery times are within 5-7 business days. We will accept returns if you change your mind but please send us a photo upfront to prove that items are unopened, in original and resaleable condition. A restocking fee may be applied and returned postage will be at your cost.

If the item is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with the photo showing the damages, we will send you for an exchange as soon as possible.

If you have decided to cancel the order, please note that we are unable to cancel orders if items have been dispatched.
