Old New Haven Clock Movement Time Side 3rd Wheel. 

The unit has stamped "New Haven", has a star in a circle in the center and "Trademark" on the bottom of the circle. This is stamped on the right side of the front pallet. The unit measures 1 3/8 inches between pallets. There is also a number "12" stamped in the center of the front pallet that has been X'd out along with a small letter "B"?
