    Hand ink Proofer is widely used in inks, flexography, gravure ink proofing, etc. It can apply gravure and flexographic printing ink,
    or other liquid coating to all kinds of substrates, to make samples of reproducibility. Using this machine can greatly save the actual testing-run materials and time.

    This product is made of the metal roller and the rubber roller, anilox roller line number is from 80-300line, covering surface width of 70 mm.
    The machine has novel design, and simple to use, convenient and visual effect, and proofing authenticity is strong; therefore, it is the essential tool for gravure, aniline ink manufacturers and factory users.

    Good reproducibility, reproducible ink density.
    The pressure between the roller and the roller is adjustable, and the metal anilox roller controls the thickness of the ink film.

    How To produce a sample proof
    1. Start with a flat, clean sheet of the stock to be used.
    2. Adjust the anilox roller against the rubber roller by gradually turning the single vernier knob at the base of the hand proofer.
    3. A spring mechanism inside the handle makes it simple to position the rollers for the right amount of pressure.
    4. Put 1/2 teaspoon of ink in the nip, rest the rubber roller on the stock, and draw the hand proofer toward you, smoothly and evenly.
