Fitment

/ Fit the grips onto the bars, rotating them so they do not make contact with the levers.

/ You need to make sure the Right grip does touch the lever when twisting the throttle.

/ Once happy with position, remove the grips one at a time and apply the glue inside the grips

/ Slide the grip back into position and allow to set.

/ Run the wires that come from the grips along the handlebars & cable tie the wires as you go . Do not over tighten them. Also make sure not to cable tie the wire on the throttle side near the grip because you wont be able to twist the throttle

/ Continue to fit the wires along the head stock & under the tank. Make sure to avoid parts of your bike which are hot and that the wires do not pull on the throttle/clutch cables

/ Connect the second half of the wiring to the wires from the heated grips.

/ Once you have reached the battery connect the black wire to the earth/negative side.

/ Wire the positive wire into a live feed after the ignition is switched on therefore avoiding the possibility of draining the battery if you accidentally leave the heated grips turned on.

/ Usually the easiest live wire to choose will be the rear brake light switch.
