Prototype ToyBiz Spider-Man Hobgoblin Pumpkin Bomber Toy Action Figure 1995

This is a first prototype of the figure released for the SPIDER-MAN toy line by ToyBiz in 1995.
 
Figure is a first shot prototype, so it is earlier in the pre-production process in that it does not have a Toy Biz stamp or date stamp like a test shot later in the process would.
 
He comes with his vehicle. The Vehicle is also a first shot with no Toy Biz Stamp or date and is unpainted.

The vehicle accessory also has internal factory writing on it, likely the engineer / designer initials or other internal factory code.
 
Figure is approximately 5" inches tall.
