Since the release of the debut album "Hellada" REBEKA (Iwona Skwarek and Bartosz Szczęsny) has consistently strengthened its position on the music market. They won the title of the Album of the Year 2013 by "Gazeta Wyborcza", and played several dozen concerts in Poland and abroad. They proved that they are mature artists, confident in their artistic strengths. The stage charisma, sophisticated compositions and Iwona's strong voice are the hallmarks of REBEKA. The band combines electronic music with ambitious pop in an unusual, fresh way. It presents original sound and lyrics that engage the audience and do not let them pass by indifferently.

The latest album entitled "Davos" will be more mature, though a bit wilder than "Hellada". The sounds of synthesizers intertwined with guitars are a continuation of the idea of playing electronic music live. It will be an album full of various songs - from melancholic to energetic club sounds.  On "Davos" you will hear many personal stories and thoughts about the contemporary world. 
The name of the album refers to the "Magic Mountain" by Thomas Mann. Just as the title magic mountain influences the inhabitants of Davos mysteriously, the state of creating and listening to music takes us to magical places, detaches us from reality, transforms us.
