Singer, composer and songwriter, also actor and presenter. In high school, he founded the beating band Wooden Ucho. During his studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology, he led the Mortadela Blues formation. In 1977, together with Grzegorz Bukała, he established the Okolabitowo-Leisure Syndicate Wały Jagiellońskie. The name comes from the street where the Żak Students' Club was located, and for some time it was the seat of the group. He performed with her for the first time at a concert on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the October Revolution at the PGR House of Culture in Leźno near Gdańsk. It was an unofficial debut. The official one took place at the Festival of Student Song and Singers in Krakow in 1978. He then won a distinction for performing his own song You Miss. 

In 1979 he established cooperation with the Tey cabaret in Poznań. A year later, during the Derbów Stage in Konin, he received the journalists' award - the Golden Satyr Blade. He is also (with the band Wały Jagiellońskie) the laureate of the journalists' award at KFPP Opole'78, the award for the best cabaret song at KFPP Opole'80, and the Golden Tile of Solidarity at KFPP Opole'81. Until 1989 he performed with Wałami Jagiellońskie in Poland and abroad, incl. in Polish diaspora centers in the USA and Canada. He is the composer of music for the film Smażalnia story (co-author. G. Bukała, dir. J. Gębski), songs of his own repertoire and for children. He has made tv recitals in Gdańsk, Kraków and Warsaw as well as music videos for the most popular songs, including: Wars wela, The fisherman's daughter, Monika, lifeguard girl, Hula Gula dish of the year from Ucayala, To go bald, Trinidad Tobago, Złote żniwa. Presenter of TV programs and quizzes. Card sharks, Guesswork, Singing pianos.
