Large detailed antique copper engraved map which extends from Mississipi and Louisiana to New Jersey, by Jean-Baptiste BOURGUIGNON D'ANVILLE (1697-1782), edited by Paolo Santini (1729-1793).  

The map shows the region of modern day Texas, Louisiana, the northern Florida, the Carolinas, Virginia, Maryland, and New Jersey. 

With a nice decorative cartouche.

Condition: good condition, handed colored, on strong paper

Edition: 18th Century, dated 1776, edited by Santini, Venice
