Payment Method

• We only accept PayPal payment. 
• A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received after 5 days of auction.

Shipping Details

• Item will be shipped within 1-2 business day when the full payment is received. In general, the shipping time will be approx 11 to 23 business days. Please message by using eBay system to us if you don't receive the item after 3 weeks.
  
  
• In general, we will ship the parcel by the economy airmail of Thailand POST.
  
  
• If you want the expedited shipping by EMS or DHL or others, please message by using eBay system to us before bidding the item.
  
  
• We only ship to the approved eBay or PayPal address. Please make sure the shipping address is correct and available.
  
  

Sales Policy

• Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally bidding contract to purchase it. 

• We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

Guarantee and Return Policy

• We provide 30 days guarantee. We can refund the money to you (But the insurance and the shipping cost won't be refunded) or We can resend the new item to you if the item can’t work normally within 30 days.

• If you are not satisfied with the item which you receive but not because of the quality problem, please return it to us, we can refund the money to you (But the insurance  and the shipping cost won't be refunded) or We can resend the new item to you, but you have to pay the shipping fee by yourself to send it back to us.
