RARE - Captain America Comic Book and Cassette Series - Mini Give Away Promo

Features a smaller version than the standard size premium comic book but includes an MPI Audio Edition cassette tape packaged and produced by Shan Lon Distribution. It is a reprinting of Captain America #113 The Strange Death of Captain America and is 6x9 inches and 24 pages full color . The Cassette has a copy of  same cover and features music and sound effects.. Script, pencils, and cover by Jim Steranko, 1969. Not easy to find both comic and cassette still together sealed in packaging 

Items has never been removed from package. 

Binding may have minimal wear but hard to tell because its in package and has never been read. The pages may have minimal damage and waviness do to storage but no noticeable tearing, marking and absolutely no missing pages. Comic looks like it yellowed in age.Made in 1990 - so in its 30+ life the packaging and plastic have yellowed and aged. It is noticeable. Cardboard backing is not perfect. There is damage to hook area on top where the plastic had some minor breakage. How it affected comic I can not say. You can see some scratches, scuff marks, corner separation/splitting , wrinkling and surface damage to packaging /cardboard due to storage and shelf wear.
