This glass panel is of a guardian angel with a child in a kind of medieval style. The glass surrounding the angel and child is Baroque with champagne, clear, and white swirls, giving the feel of clouds in the sky. Each piece of Baroque glass is unique -- you never know what you are going to get to work with. When laying out the glass pieces, I ensure that the swirls match up together. Clear textured Ice Crystal gives a sparkling star in the sky.

The angel's robe is a beautiful shade of pale light rose pink. The child's robe is deep royal purple.

The glass panel is surrounded with a handcrafted solid wood frame of natural cherry from the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania. Cherry wood will darken with age as it is exposed to light.

Dimensions of the glass panel itself are 10 inches by 18 inches. The fully framed dimensions are 14-1/2 inches by 22-1/2 inches.

Shipping is free to the purchaser. I will have it professionally packaged (probably UPS Store) to ensure that it arrives safely.

I have been doing stained glass for 38 years. George specialized in kitchens and bath cabinets. Our signature was putting stained glass in the upper corner kitchen cabinet. This panel is based on one that I did for a customer who requested an angel. It was one of my favorites. I modified the dimensions and was able to choose the colors myself rather than having to match the customer's countertop and flooring colors.
