Sanrio Hello Kitty with Balloons Jumbo Eraser dated 2013. Package says "Scented" but this is an older item, so the scent may no longer be there.

Eraser is approximately 3-1/2" x 3-3/4" x 3/8".  

Small amount of distressing on the backing cardboard near the top.
