Will this fit my car?

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

You can check the delivery cost in the listing“Shipping and payments”section by selecting your country and entering your zip code. If it is not specified, please provide us your shipping address and zip code via eBay message For US domestic shipping to 48 states, the delivery time is around 3-5 business days. The international shipment delivery time depends on the type of product.

When will my order be dispatched?

We will arrange the shipment during the handing time after the payment is cleared. Please notice the handing time before placing an order. The tracking number will be updated on eBay in 24 hours after the shipment. Please notice that there is no shipment during weekend and holidays.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Please simply contact us via eBay messages, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the update. Usually, we will follow up every shipment till customers get their order.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

● We accept the return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery time of the parcel, but you must send back the product within 30 days from the date you placed the order.

● If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by eBay massages or email as quickly as possible.

● If buyer purchased the wrong item or does not want /need the item: Returned Shipping fee and 20% restocking fee will be charged.

● Return postage is undertaken by the buyer. Shipping and handing fee are not refundable

Step1:Items that are sent back for a claim must be accompanied with reason for return, contact details, eBay user name© of receipt as proof of purchase, failure to do so will result in non-processed claims until the stated information has been received.
