The Fijian 5 Dollar banknote from 2007 to 2011 issue featured an updated portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Its 136 x 67 mm in dimension and includes a holographic stripe and a 3-mm windowed security thread with demetalized RBF and domodomo as part of its security features. An image of a Fijian head, electrotype 5, and cornerstones are made visible if placed under a UV light. A salt basket called Kato ni Masima, a domodomo registration device, and the Coat of Arms of Fiji is printed in front of the note. At the back are a Fijian crested iguana, a balaka palm tree, and a Masiratu flower. The Bank of Fiji logo is located at the lower right of the note.
