Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us through Ebay messaging and we will resolve any issues. It is imperative that contact is made through ebay messaging we do not respond to email contact outside ebay. We will give a full refund on any item returned to us unused and in its original packaging up to 30 days from purchase. Faulty items will be replaced or repaired , as long as contact is made within the 12 month warranty period (unless a shorter warranty period is stated in the item description).
