This is an usual, but visually haunting and lovely alabaster bust. This is late 19th Century Carved Alabaster Bust of a Young Girl Wearing a Kerchief. We love the detailed happy, sleepy looking face of the young model, and the beautiful work on the kerchief and clothing. If you need a welcoming bust for a room in your house this stunning item may be perfect. This antique alabaster bust is in overall excellent used condition, however, the bust is missing an easily repairable pinky finger and some minor chips. This is expected aging wear that adds to the item's authenticity (see all photos) This quality bust is over 27 pounds and will be shipped in a double thick box with extra padding. More photos available if needed.
